  Our telemarketing campaigns require a minimum number of phone numbers to be successful for lead generation. This number will vary with each event and will be discussed on a per campaign basis. HailWatch reserves the right to decline any telemarketing campaigns if we feel the campaign will not be successful.

  
  
• Campaigns are sold on a first come - first serve basis

• Homeowners are contacted using locations found underneath our StormSWATH™ Analysis

• Minimum campaign investment is $2250.00 for 50 hours of call time.

1. Contact HailWatch as soon as the storm hits to lock in your calling campaign with a $500 deposit.

Most campaigns will be sold within an hour of a storm hitting a community of interest to the clients who receive our HailNOW notification service.

2. A Telemarketing agreement is emailed to you to review, sign, and fax or email back to HailWatch.

3. You will provide us with:

• Detailed company information
• Accreditations
• Days & times when you can accept appointments
• Number of appointments you can accept each day
• Any other critical information to make your campaign success

4. You review and approve the phone call script our call agents will use to contact homeowners

5. The Telemarketing Campaign is initiated once we have your final approval

6. Your appointments are readily accessible online within an online document and calendar
